Artist inquiries

Your contact details, availability, inquiry and replies are available to authorized staff who handle bookings. They are not published as an artist profile. Confirmation and reply emails use our email provider. Replies to those emails go to our music coordinator.

Photos you share

Photos stay private while staff review them. Only approved photos and their captions appear publicly. Share photos only when you have permission from the photographer and anyone identifiable in them. Location metadata is removed when uploaded photos are processed.

How long information is kept

Our retention periods are 30 days for unverified artist inquiries, 12 months after the last update to a closed inquiry, and 90 days for unreviewed photos. Approved photos stay until removed. Protected backups may retain earlier copies beyond these periods; they are not public. Active booking inquiries and the public event archive are kept separately.

Optional analytics cookies

If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics uses cookies to help us understand visits to public pages, along with browser and device information. We don’t send form contents, calendar search text or private inquiry links to Analytics. We don’t load Analytics on staff, sign-in, photo submission or artist inquiry pages. Advertising features are off.

You can choose No thanks and still use the site. Change your choice using Cookie choices in the footer. Your choice is saved in this browser for six months. Necessary sign-in, security and submission cookies support the features you use.
